What To Expect During Your Post-Lockdown Visit at The Face & Body Workshop in Surrey
At The Face & Body Workshop, it is our top priority to safeguard our client’s and team’s health. It is paramount for us to follow government guidelines and recommendations when and where possible - and this will remain key to our re-opening.

Re-Opening FAQs
Before You Visit The Clinic
If you have had a fever, dry cough, sore throat, runny nose, difficulty breathing or loss of sense of taste or smell or have been tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days, please DO NOT come to the clinic. Please also DO NOT come to the clinic if in the last 14 days you have come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. If you are visiting our clinic you must complete a COVID-19 Consent form prior to your arrival. Please complete, sign and return the COVID-19 from that we send you before arriving at the clinic. You will need to complete these forms BEFORE you can enter the clinic.
When You Arrive
At the reception, we will scan your forehead to check for a fever. If you have a fever, we will ask you to return home and contact NHS 111.
By Appointment Only
DO NOT come to the clinic without booking an appointment. Please call the clinic number to make your appointment. Appointments will be staggered to avoid patient crossover with one patient per practitioner at any time.
Special Request
Please do not bring anyone with you to the clinic. It is best that they wait in the car. If you arrive early, please wait in your car. We will text or call you when we are ready for you to enter the building. Please only bring essential personal items with you into the clinic.
Protecting Yourself & Others
Please wear a face-covering until instructed otherwise during your treatment. If you have your own non-latex disposable gloves, please wear them to your appointment as well. Please also wear the hat provided. Please disinfect your hands upon entering and leaving the building and proceed to the treatment room with your practitioner.
Social Distancing
Please maintain the 2-metre social distance throughout the clinic except for the treatment rooms.
Staff PPE
Staff will wear face masks at all times and additional PPE – gloves and eye protection during treatment.
Extensive Cleaning Measures
Prior to opening the Clinic has gone through a deep clean to ensure a clean environment. Additional cleaning measures are in place to ensure that door handles, surfaces, touchpoints and card machines are sanitised.
Payment Method
We prefer card or contactless payments. We will NOT take cash payments at this time.
Online Consultations
All consultations will be carried out remotely via a secure video link. Please complete paperwork online before the appointment.
